Homecare Manager

Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality homecare services that meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive agency growth, enhance service offerings, and maintain a competitive edge.

Manage a diverse team of caregivers, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a supportive and skilled workforce.

Ensure strict adherence to all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards, maintaining impeccable compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in homecare or healthcare management, with a proven track record of operational success.

Possession of RN license or LPN license is highly desirable, demonstrating clinical understanding.

Certification in Home Health Aide (HHA) training or similar caregiver certification is a plus.
