Senior BIM Manager

Strong design background in relevant discipline

Consultant project experience is mandatory

Prior experience in island / remote projects preferred

Lead the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed BIM execution plans (BEPs) and project-specific BIM requirements, aligning with project goals.

Manage and coordinate BIM model development, review, and clash detection processes, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Provide expert technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM software, best practices, and related technologies.

PMC / Consultant design management, Design Development, Giga Projects, PMC Environments IFC Full design life cycle Design review.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Possesses relevant professional certifications, such as a BIM Professional Certification, is highly advantageous.

Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in BIM management within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Exhibits a deep understanding of BIM principles, methodologies, and software applications (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
