Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of major construction projects from planning through completion.
- Define project strategies, objectives, and execution frameworks.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to contractual obligations.
- Monitor overall project performance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, claims, and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and company policies.
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers, construction managers, and project teams.
- Review and approve major project plans, schedules, procurement strategies, and staffing plans.
- Support dispute resolution, contractual negotiations, and variation management.
- Conduct executive progress reviews and provide reports to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project operations and delivery.
- Ensure successful project close-out, handover, and client satisfaction.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and construction leadership roles.
- Mandatory experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and high-value construction projects.
- Strong expertise in project execution, commercial management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations, contracts, claims management, and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project management systems.
