A reputable hospitality and catering company is seeking a professional Chef specialized in preparing savory and baked goods to be part of the culinary team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation and presentation of various types of savory pastries and baked goods, including but not limited to bread, cakes, and pastries.
• Ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety standards and tasting criteria.
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of culinary operations and services.
• Participating in product development and enhancement.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the field of savory pastries and baked goods.
• Good knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques.
• Experience in hospitality or catering companies is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
