CEO (Chief Executive Officer) - Saudi Gym Chain

Ultimate Peaks is excited to partner with a leading Saudi gym chain to find a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that promote growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience across all gym locations.
• Lead business development initiatives, including new market entry and partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture a passionate leadership team, fostering a strong company culture aligned with the brand s values and mission.
• Drive marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies to increase membership and brand loyalty.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards.

This role reports directly to the board and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to shape long-term business objectives.

Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the fitness, health, or hospitality sectors, preferably within the GCC region. Strong understanding of the Saudi market s consumer behavior and regulatory environment. 10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of driving growth and improving operational performance. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous. Structured to attract top-tier executive leadership currently operating at significant scale within Saudi Arabia and the GCC, including performance-linked incentives and long-term alignment mechanisms.
