Job description

  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs to propose tailored travel solutions and packages.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, service level agreements, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned portfolio of travel and tourism partners.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of travel services, coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to account management.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, German) is a plus.

  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry environment.

  • A proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for travel and a commitment to client success.
