Mechanical Technical Engineer - Senior

Key Roles & Responsibilities • Review mechanical design drawings and shop drawings (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, chilled water systems) for high-rise towers. • Prepare and coordinate mechanical shop drawings, ensuring compliance with the approved design intent, the BIM-coordinated model, and site conditions. • Prepare and maintain As-Built drawings for mechanical works for record, close-out, and O&M handover purposes. • Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs for mechanical works to support procurement, tendering, and evaluation of variations/change orders. • Conduct technical/QC reviews of mechanical installations against approved design, ASHRAE/NFPA, and Saudi codes.
