Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring their first impression reflects the restaurant s high standards
• Handle bookings efficiently and accommodate special requests or preferences to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee the seating process, ensuring smooth table assignments while maintaining an organized flow during peak hours
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Liaise with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication
