Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Software Sales Representative to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about technology and sales. You will receive full training to sell ERP, HRMS, CRM, DMS, FLEET, INVENTORY, POS, and Payroll solutions to businesses across the Kingdom. The focus is on building foundational sales skills, mastering ERP/CRM principles, supporting lead generation, and contributing to team targets while developing strong client relationships. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

A. Led Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and research to generate qualified leads.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital tools to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, and trade shows to expand professional connections.

B. ERP Software Sales Principles

  • Learn and apply core ERP sales principles, including:
  • Mapping ERP modules (GL, AP/AR, Payroll, HRMS, Inventory, POS) to client needs.
  • Articulating the ROI and value proposition of ERP/HRMS to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Navigating long B2B sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Understanding on-premise vs. cloud/SaaS licensing models.
  • Communicate Saudi compliance requirements (GOSI, WPS, MOL) to clients evaluating HRMS/Payroll solutions.
  • Assist in preparing tailored presentations and demo scripts aligned with client industry and size.

C. CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Actively use a CRM platform (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) to log activities, manage leads, and track pipeline stages.
  • Use CRM dashboards and reports to monitor performance, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Apply opportunity scoring and pipeline management best practices to prioritize high-value prospects.

D. Digital Marketing Support

  • Support ERP digital marketing campaigns including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and Google Ads lead tracking.
  • Interpret digital marketing analytics (CTR, cost-per-lead, campaign ROI) to refine targeting.
  • Monitor competitor products and market positioning to sharpen sales conversations.

E. Sales Cycle & Client Management

  • Support the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through follow-ups and after-sales coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with pre-sales and support teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
  • Fully fluent in Arabic and English — spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of ERP, HRMS, or CRM concepts is a plus — full training will be provided.
