We are a leading institution in the sales and distribution sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, committed to providing high-quality solutions and products to our clients and continuously developing the skills of our sales team.

We are seeking a qualified sales representative to join our team as a full-time trainee, who will participate in implementing sales strategies and achieving growth targets in the relevant province.

Experience of two to three years in food products and tissues.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicating with potential and active clients and presenting offers that meet their needs in accordance with company policy.
  • Periodically visiting clients based on the work plan and documenting the details of visits and experiences.
  • Negotiating prices and sales terms and closing deals while adhering to sales and credit policies.
  • Preparing daily and weekly sales reports for sales management and analyzing sales channels.
  • Participating in local exhibitions and events to promote product awareness and build relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with marketing and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and increase satisfaction rates.
  • Expanding the client base in the specified province and achieving monthly quota targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field (Bachelor's / License).
  • Desire for professional development in the sales field and taking responsibility for performance results.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic; basic English skills are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good organization and planning skills.
  • Availability to work full-time and commitment to visit schedules and sales plans.

Required Skills

  • Negotiation, closing, and building sustainable relationships with clients.
  • Skills in presenting offers and technical consultations clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work with time management and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services and effectiveness in explaining value to clients.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office programs.
