Job description
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for attracting new customers, managing relationships with existing customers, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by providing marketing services professionally that reflect the company's value and level of service.
Build an active sales pipeline targeting potential clients in the Saudi market.
Identify client needs, deliver presentations, and prepare appropriate service proposals.
Finalize contracts and follow up on associated administrative procedures, including agreements and invoices.
Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
Coordinate with internal executive teams to ensure service delivery at the agreed-upon level.
Prepare periodic sales reports and continuously update the client database and key performance indicators.
Represent the company at relevant business events, exhibitions, and meetings.
