Job description

  • Manage and organize correspondence and files related to Human Resources and Legal Affairs.
  • Access the Najiz platform and track all legal cases and transactions pertinent to the company.
  • Sort, classify, and register cases while updating their data regularly.
  • Prepare periodic reports related to cases and monitor meeting schedules and legal procedures.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and relevant parties regarding legal cases and transactions.
  • Oversee recruitment activities, including receiving job applications and sorting resumes.
  • Coordinate job interviews and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
  • Assist in attracting suitable talents based on the company's needs.
  • Maintain and organize electronic files and documents securely.
  • Prepare administrative letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by the HR and Legal Manager.
