Job description
- Manage and organize correspondence and files related to Human Resources and Legal Affairs.
- Access the Najiz platform and track all legal cases and transactions pertinent to the company.
- Sort, classify, and register cases while updating their data regularly.
- Prepare periodic reports related to cases and monitor meeting schedules and legal procedures.
- Coordinate with lawyers and relevant parties regarding legal cases and transactions.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including receiving job applications and sorting resumes.
- Coordinate job interviews and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
- Assist in attracting suitable talents based on the company's needs.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documents securely.
- Prepare administrative letters, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Execute any other tasks assigned by the HR and Legal Manager.
