Job Description

The Aircraft Cleaning Services Agent is responsible for ensuring highquality interior and exterior

cleaning of aircraft, including the safe operation of cleaning tools and equipment. The role includes

servicing aircraft with potable water and waste removal, maintaining cleaning supplies, and

supporting ramp operations when required. All activities must comply with company standards and

the Aircraft Servicing Manual.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform detailed internal and external cleaning of fixedwing and rotorwing aircraft

as per the Companys Aircraft Servicing Manual.

• Clean aircraft interiors using approved commercial cleaning products and

equipment.

• Store and maintain cleaning materials in designated aircraft or facility locations to

ensure proper availability.

• Use specialized equipment to remove biohazard materials from cabins and

lavatories.

• Clean and polish metal fixtures, seats, tray tables, and cabin fittings.
• Perform deep cleaning of aircraft seats, carpets, windows, mirrors, lavatories, and

bathrooms, including scrubbing floors and walls, replacing linens, cleaning

upholstery, and removing stains.

• Conduct potable water service and waste servicing while ensuring water quality

control.

• Support ramp operations when required, including loading and offloading baggage

and assisting with marshaling.

• Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when

necessary.

• Report and record all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) incidents to the

Aircraft Turnaround Coordinator or Duty Officer.

• Strictly comply with all procedures outlined in the Companys Aircraft Servicing

Manual.

• Complete all mandatory jobrelated training as directed by MUKAMALAH.
• Perform any other operational or safety-related tasks as directed by the

MUKAMALAH Representative.

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary 3,000/-

Shift Allow. 300/-

Total Salary = 3,300/-

OT Applicable

Work Schedule 8 Hours / 5 days
