PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

1. Lead the Dry Type Transformer production department across all production sections (electrical and mechanical).
2. Develop and implement a production vision and strategy that ensures quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
3. Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
4. Develop and implement effective solutions to complex production problems
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and innovation while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
6. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
7. Direct reporting to the production manager all activities impacted production KPIs on daily basis.
8. Participate in IMS & OH&S team chart and representing the department on external audits occasions.

12 years minimum length of work experience in Dry Type Transformers Manufacturing plants

BE / BS / B. Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
