In Offices Cleaning Supervisor

Lead and motivate a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas.

Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures, optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning quality, identifying and rectifying any deficiencies promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly preferred.

Certification in cleaning industry standards (e.g., ISSA CMI) is a plus.
