VNA Operator

Operate the VNA forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections and complete the machine checklist before and after each shift.

Load, unload, move, store, and retrieve pallets from designated storage locations.

Ensure all received items are in good condition and report any damaged goods immediately.

Verify that all items are stored in the correct warehouse locations.

Ensure all pallets and products are properly labeled before storage.

Double-check pallet information and documentation before issuing or moving stock.

Perform physical inventory counts and assist with stock audits as required.

Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the safety and security of all pallets in storage locations.

Minimize product and equipment damage through proper handling practices.

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Ensure the VNA machine is placed on charge at the end of each shift.

Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid VNA/Forklift Operator License or Certification.

Minimum 2 years of experience operating a VNA forklift.

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory control.

Ability to work in shifts when required.

Basic computer and scanner/WMS knowledge is an advantage.
