Logistics Coordinator

Receive daily transportation orders from factories and clients and assign them to the operations team based on delivery locations. Monitor transportation trips and ensure all loading activities are completed as scheduled. Update trip records daily using the system or Excel spreadsheets. Review and verify delivery notes for accuracy and completeness. Calculate and document delay charges and notify clients when required. Prepare transportation documents and waybills. Submit completed documents to the Finance Department for invoice processing. Prepare and send operational email communications. Resolve daily operational issues and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow. Perform any other operational or administrative duties assigned by management.
