SAP Platform Operation & Security Lead (BASIS / GRC)

Strong ability to manage and operate SAP platforms. Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS operations. Ability to manage system stability, performance monitoring, and incident resolution. Strong knowledge of SAP security and access management. Ability to design and manage SAP roles and authorizations. Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and access risk management. Ability to support audit and compliance requirements. Ability to manage system patching, transports, refreshes, and upgrades. Ability to coordinate with HEC and manage SLA requirements. Knowledge of security and integration for related systems such as SuccessFactors, CPI, BTP, and Fiori. 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and SAP Security. Experience managing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud hosted on HEC or similar cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control. Experience in audit compliance support. Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS administration, transport management, and system monitoring. Strong knowledge of SAP security, role design, SoD concepts, and access governance.
