Senior Account Executive

Serve as the day-to-day lead for a diverse portfolio of corporate and government clients, translating their business objectives into strategic PR campaigns that align with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. Maintain and expand a strong network of local, regional, and tier-one Arabic and English media contacts, successfully securing high-impact coverage and managing executive interview opportunities. Oversee the development and localization of high-quality press materials including press releases, speeches, thought leadership pieces, and social media copy ensuring strict cultural relevance and alignment with the Saudi market. Lead the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, crisis communication strategies, and high-profile media events in Riyadh, while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver data-driven ROI reports to clients. Mentor and guide junior account executives and interns, reviewing their work for quality assurance while collaborating closely with account directors to support new business pitches and organic account growth.

Possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience within a reputable PR or communications consultancy, preferably with a proven track record of handling B2B or corporate accounts. Demonstrate deep familiarity with the Saudi media landscape, cultural nuances, and government structures, with firsthand experience operating within Riyadh s fast-paced business environment. Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, allowing for seamless content development, translation review, and client counseling. Showcase an active, well-established network of professional relationships with key journalists, editors, and digital influencers across Saudi and regional GCC media outlets. Hold a Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
