Job description
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure adherence to regulations and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred to validate expertise.
Proven experience with financial software and ERP systems, enhancing efficiency in financial reporting.
