Job description

Receiving the permanent advanced custody and disbursing it according to the instructions.
Reviewing documents and ensure that the necessary approvals are completed before disbursement.
Keeping documents related to collection and expenditures in special files on a regular and proper basis.
paying cash salaries to the employees of the institution.
Oversee the daily cash management.
Manage cash accounts payable and receivables.
Prepare expense reports (petty cash) on a regular basis..
Arranging funds for showrooms during seasons.
cash collections and bank deposit during seasons.
Monitor and keep up-to-date with day-to-day financial operations.
