Review accounting vouchers, record various sub-ledgers accurately, and summarize and post to the general ledger based on verified accounting vouchers.
Establish and maintain the company's chart of accounts, accounting vouchers, and accounting books; provide guidance to accounting staff on bookkeeping, period-end closing, and account reconciliation.
Regularly close the general ledger and various sub-ledgers; perform reconciliations between the general ledger and sub-ledgers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
At month-end, handle the carry-over of periodic expenses and profit/loss entries, and post them to the books accordingly.
Prepare various financial statements and accompanying notes; conduct financial statement analysis and report findings to senior management.
Provide financial data and consolidated financial statements for the compilation of the company's foundational business materials.
Supply financial data for budget preparation and management purposes, and provide relevant financial information to statistical personnel.
Prepare and provide sub-ledger details and relevant audit materials for external auditing firms.
Complete ad-hoc tasks and other assignments as directed by management.
Minimum 3 years of financial/accounting work experience; Bachelor's degree or above.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting and solid experience in bookkeeping and account processing.
Strong statistical and financial analysis skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues using relevant data.
In-depth understanding of national tax and financial regulations; excellent professional judgment and extensive experience in analyzing and handling financial accounting projects.
Familiarity with national accounting standards and related financial, tax, and regulatory policies.
