Responsibilities include the following:
- Monitoring and executing daily operational activities related to pilgrims and Umrah participants according to established operational plans.
- Coordinating arrivals and departures: overseeing and coordinating the reception and farewell of pilgrims and Umrah participants at airports, terminals, and hotels.
- Operational coordination: collaborating with hotels, transportation companies, and ground services to ensure efficient execution of operational services.
- Management of accommodation: monitoring accommodation operations and ensuring readiness of rooms and facilities according to established reservations.
- Monitoring transportation and logistics: overseeing transportation schedules and logistics, ensuring execution according to operational plans.
- Management of the Nasik platform: executing and monitoring operational procedures related to the Nasik platform and ensuring continuous data updates.
- Monitoring operational and logistical conditions: tracking daily operational conditions and addressing observations and challenges promptly.
- Handling complaints: receiving and monitoring complaints and operational issues, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Preparation of reports: preparing daily operational reports and elevating observations and updates to direct management.
- Communication with clients: providing support and assistance to pilgrims and Umrah participants, responding to operational inquiries related to provided services.
- Monitoring service quality: ensuring the quality of provided services and addressing any observations related to service levels or operations.
- Compliance with procedures: adhering to operational policies and procedures issued by management and organizational entities.
- Support during operational seasons: participating in planning and operational activities during the Hajj and Umrah seasons and peak operational periods.
