Job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented person with strong skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs and effectively selling parts and accessories to all customers. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a deep understanding of the products, and the ability to deliver excellent service.
- Accurately identify customer requirements and present suitable parts through all sales channels.
- Support promotional and advertising activities for parts and accessories.
- Assist the department manager in arranging and organizing trade displays within the department.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving them to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Ensure the availability of required parts and the accuracy of prices before providing quotations.
Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software.
- Flexibility and good time management, with the ability to handle unplanned tasks and duties.
- Good experience and a general background in the retail sales field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanics - Engines and Vehicles - Automotive Mechanics.
