Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
- Monitor soil preparation, soil improvement, and plant fertilization activities.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and monitor their efficiency.
- Monitor plant health, diagnose agricultural problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assign tasks to laborers and technicians and monitor their performance.
- Prepare agricultural work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed according to approved plans.
- Inspect the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and identify the materials and equipment required at each site.
Requirements and Qualifications
- An appropriate qualification in an agricultural field.
- Practical experience in supervising planting activities and landscaping projects.
- Good knowledge of outdoor plants suitable for the Saudi Arabian climate.
- Experience with irrigation systems and basic garden maintenance principles.
