We are looking for a motivated/ambitious Executive Sales Representative with exceptional communication skills, who strives for success with our clients and is results-driven to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to business growth. They will also act as a key point of contact for clients, foster long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to increase the sale of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and call center services to provide tailored customer support.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn about our software solutions and call center services to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present account performance reports and future plans for account management.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a call center or software solutions environment.
  • Proven experience in direct customer interaction is an additional advantage, but not a strict requirement; serious commitment and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop within the field of customer account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish good rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to face challenges with determination and a positive mindset.
