Job description
- 3-5 years of IT Sales experience in the Gulf region
- Strong understanding of regional markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions
- Strong C Level connections
- Track record in closing large and complex deals
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools
Responsibilities:
- Open new accounts / new client acquisition
- Maintain the existing accounts
- Develop new business with existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our solutions
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Consist communication with project management and Pre-Sales departments
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
