Architectural and Finishing Supervisor Required | Housing Projects | Eastern Region

An Architectural and Finishing Supervisor with strong experience in housing projects is required to oversee finishing works on-site and ensure quality and compliance with plans and specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and finishing supervision.
• Practical experience in housing projects (villas/buildings/residential complexes).
• Good knowledge of finishing works: (paint, plaster, flooring, ceramic, marble, doors, windows, facades, etc.).
• Resident in the Eastern Region.
• Ready to start immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the execution of finishing works according to approved plans and specifications.
• Receive work from contractors and ensure implementation quality.
• Follow up on samples and approve materials before installation.
• Coordinate with contractors and resolve technical observations.
• Prepare periodic reports on work progress.
