Identify and contact new and existing customers to understand hydraulic service and system requirements.
Develop service sales opportunities related to pumps, valves, cylinders, seals, chroming, honing, troubleshooting, and spare parts.
Manage assigned accounts through regular site visits and continuous follow-ups.
Prepare service action plans and visit schedules aligned with assigned service sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare, present, and follow up on technical service proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Promote and sell hydraulic aftermarket services including maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and spare parts supply.
Assess hydraulic system performance and recommend corrective and preventive maintenance solutions.
Coordinate with service technicians and supply chain teams to define scope of work, timelines, and material availability.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, service timelines, availability, and payment terms.
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships and service contracts.
Handle customer complaints related to system performance or service execution and coordinate resolutions internally.
Submit quotations, invoices, service reports, and all required service documentation to customers.
Follow up on payment collection in coordination with the finance department and in line with company policies.
Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and service improvement opportunities with management.
Submit daily visit reports and periodic service sales and performance reports.
Achieve assigned service sales targets and KPIs under a commission-based structure.
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, components, and applications
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics, drawings, and technical documents
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to translate technical issues into practical service solutions for customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable using email, internet, and CRM systems
Strong customer handling, problem solving, and follow up skills
Good command of English and Arabic
Minimum two years of experience in hydraulic services, maintenance, or technical sales
Valid driving license is required
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
Experience with pumps, valves, hydraulic cylinders, seals, chroming, honing, troubleshooting, and spare parts is considered an advantage
