Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive corrosion control and prevention strategies for various infrastructure assets.
Conduct thorough corrosion surveys and inspections using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Analyze corrosion data to identify root causes, predict failure mechanisms, and recommend effective mitigation solutions.
Design and oversee the application of protective coatings, cathodic protection systems, and other corrosion-resistant materials.
Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
NACE CP1 and CP2 certifications are mandatory, demonstrating foundational knowledge in corrosion prevention.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corrosion engineering and control within the oil and gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, engineering drawings, and material specifications relevant to corrosion control.
