Duties and Responsibilities: First: In-Store Sales
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Explain device specifications, accessories, and current offers.
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs (Upselling & Cross-selling).
- Complete sales transactions and issue invoices.
- Arrange and organize product displays within the store.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages.
Second: E-commerce Store Sales
- Follow up on orders received through the website.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure order preparation and dispatch.
- Track shipping status until customer receipt.
- Update product quantities on the website.
- Add new products and update prices and offers.
- Follow up on abandoned carts and work to reduce them by contacting customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp or other communication channels.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieving the monthly sales target.
- Sales closing ratio.
- Order processing speed.
- Customer satisfaction and ratings.
- Reducing the abandoned cart rate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mobile phone or electronics sales (preferred).
- Good knowledge of phone specifications and modern technologies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with POS systems and e-commerce stores.
- Commitment to professional appearance and discipline.
