Executive Chef – Culinary Development

We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Executive Chef – Culinary Development to lead the culinary direction of an exciting fast casual dining concept.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lebanese and international cuisine, with a strong background in menu development, culinary innovation, restaurant operations, and concept expansion. This role requires a chef who can develop unique products, build scalable systems, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead menu development and culinary innovation with a strong focus on sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, and grab-and-go offerings
• Drive research and development, including product creation, testing, refinement, and launch
• Develop standardized recipes, specifications, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability
• Oversee kitchen operations, food quality, food safety, and cost control
• Identify market trends and translate them into commercially successful menu offerings
• Support future expansion through efficient production systems and operational standards
• Train and mentor culinary teams to ensure successful execution
