Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM Functional Consultant to support large-scale implementation and transformation programs in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise across Oracle SCM modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively engage with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to Oracle EBS SCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
Configure and support Oracle EBS SCM modules, including:
- Oracle Purchasing
- Oracle Advanced Procurement
- Oracle iProcurement
- Supplier Lifecycle Management (iSupplier, Supplier Management)
- Oracle Sourcing & Contracts
- Asset Maintenance
Develop and maintain key project documentation, including:
- Solution Design Documents
- Functional Specifications
- Setup & Configuration Documents
- SIT & UAT Test Scripts
- Reporting Requirements
- End-user Training Materials
Provide post-go-live and production support, including issue resolution and system enhancements
Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders within integrated project environments
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with project scope and objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting
- Proven experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large enterprise or government sector projects in KSA/GCC
- Understanding of regional procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Oracle certifications in SCM modules (preferred)
