Job description
- Document Management & Archive Organization
- Receive, register, and classify all technical and administrative documents.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical archives, ensuring availability of current and revised copies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation requirements and company standards
- Document Review & Approval Coordination
- Monitor document review and approval processes from internal departments and external entities.
- Coordinate document workflows to ensure timely submission and approval.
- Track and resolve any delays or document deficiencies.
- Document Communication Facilitation
- Coordinate document exchange among internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of shared documents and provide regular reports on document status.
- Oversee confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation.
- Administrative & Technical Support
- Provide required documents for meetings, audits, and technical inspections.
- Assist in implementing document management procedures and company policies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports on document control activities and recommend process improvements.
