As the Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure timely, sustainable patient access to our company's in line and pipeline pharmaceutical and vaccine portfolio. The role ensures optimal pricing, reimbursement, and formulary positioning by translating scientific, clinical, health economic, and real world evidence into compelling value propositions for payers and healthcare decision makers. You will partner closely with Medical, HEOR, Regulatory, Policy, Marketing, and Regional/Global Market Access teams, and plays a critical role in new product launches, lifecycle management, and policy shaping, in alignment with our company's mission to save and improve lives.

Cross Functional Leadership & Governance
Work cross functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Regional/Global Market Access teams to ensure alignment on access deliverables and value messaging.
Lead or contribute to cross functional launch teams and governance forums, ensuring access readiness and execution excellence.
Track market access KPIs and continuously improve pricing, access, and reimbursement performance.
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Medicine, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
2 - 3 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or broader pharmaceutical industry experience with access exposure.
Demonstrated experience supporting pricing/reimbursement submissions and product launches is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement processes, and payer decision making.
Solid analytical skills, including ability to interpret health economic, clinical, and real world data.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
High learning agility, problem solving capability, and ability to work effectively in matrix environments.
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentation tools; strong written and spoken English.
