Cost Controller

7–8 years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls, preferably on major Oil & Gas, pipeline, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

Proven track record in managing project budgets, cost forecasts, and commercial documentation.

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash-flow projections, and prepare monthly cost reports.

Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI, SPI, and EAC.

Verify invoices against POs, contracts, and approved commitments.

Monitor and track Change Orders, claims, retention, and other commercial matters.

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, Planning, and Commercial teams to ensure effective cost control and reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.

Good working knowledge of ERP systems.

Strong understanding of cost forecasting, budgeting, and Earned Value Management (EVM).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
