Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for daily recording and documentation of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and cash management. Your role will involve verifying invoices and ensuring all supporting documents are in place before recording transactions.

• Daily Financial Recording: Input all daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
• Invoice Review: Ensure all necessary documentation is available for each financial operation before recording.
• Monitoring Receivables and Payables: Manage customer accounts and vendor accounts, including preparing payment approvals and settling liabilities.

You will also handle bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with accounting records regularly.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports for management.
• Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings and ensure adherence to local tax laws.
