Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage performance, drive revenue growth, and actively contribute to closing key deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team (indoor, outdoor, or both)
Set targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
Step into strategic or high-value deals when needed
Improve conversion rates across all stages (lead → appointment → quote → close)
Ensure consistent use of CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools
Analyze sales data and optimize team performance
