Job description
- Oversee comprehensive technical support and the Odoo system across all branches.
- Lead support teams in branches, distributing tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure system stability and unify configurations and permissions across branches.
- Monitor support requests and performance indicators (response time and resolution) at the partnership level.
- Supervise the setup and operation of systems in new branches.
- Manage backup copies, updates, and data security.
- Submit regular reports to senior management on system performance and support.
