Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the collection team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising the collection team and guiding them to achieve specified objectives.
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve collection metrics.
• Monitoring performance, analyzing reports, and making appropriate decisions.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinating with other departments to enhance customer experience and reduce outstanding debts.
• Preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collection field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing systems and technologies related to collections.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
