Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure efficient patient flow. Assess, prioritize, and monitor critically ill or injured patients using triage principles. Provide direct nursing care and assist during emergency procedures when needed. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver timely treatment. Delegate tasks appropriately and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff. Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources based on patient acuity. Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards. Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records. Mentor, support, and evaluate nursing staff while promoting continuous professional development. Respond effectively to medical emergencies, trauma cases, and disaster situations.

Requirements: Charge Nurse with the last 2 years of experience in the same area Nurse Specialist License Dataflow and Mumaris+ Nationality: Saudi and Western Age requirement: Less than 40 years old Female Preferably deployable within 3 months
