Workshop Manager

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring that work is executed efficiently and meets quality standards.

The Workshop Manager is responsible for managing and operating the workshop daily according to factory standards (OEM standards), including maintaining the high quality of household appliances. They lead the technical team, coordinate work, and manage various work teams to achieve the highest levels of productivity and efficiency, while consistently adhering to delivery deadlines.
They oversee the implementation of quality control systems across all work stages and ensure the execution of pre- and post-repair film procedures, with excellent work reports (photos/videos and reports) to enhance customer confidence. They also monitor and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production rate, repair time, cause rate, and customer satisfaction.
They manage inventory and spare parts operations, ensuring their availability without waste, while controlling costs and optimizing resource utilization. They collaborate directly with emergency department customers, maintaining a comprehensive and professional experience, and ensuring expedited service.
They are committed to implementing the highest standards of occupational safety, hygiene, and organization within the workshop, and fostering a culture of discipline and team loyalty.
