Operations Manager

🔍 A specialized coffee shop chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is in need of an Operations Manager to lead operational activities and develop internal systems that support growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Set operational objectives for branches and monitor their implementation and achievement.

• Build and develop operational and administrative systems (SOPs) and improve work efficiency.

• Oversee daily performance of branches and ensure product and service quality.

• Analyze operational and financial reports to enhance profitability.

• Manage costs, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization.

• Develop products (beverages and solutions) that align with market needs.

• Lead teams and enhance compliance and discipline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing and operating cafes or restaurants.

• Preferred experience in the specialty coffee sector.

• Proven experience in building and managing operational systems.

• Strong ability to set and achieve objectives.

• Leadership and analytical skills.

• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Preferred previous experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Valid driving license.
