Manager - Planning

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic planning processes to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of objectives.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and allocate resources efficiently.

Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular project status meetings to communicate progress, address issues, and adjust plans as necessary.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

Analyze project performance data to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes.

Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance planning methodologies and tools.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies throughout the planning process.

Qualification and Experience

A degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with 10 12 years relevant experience in planning and scheduling, is required for this role.
