Manage and motivate a team of stylists and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment in Jeddah.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on the Jeddah market.
Manage inventory and order supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and controlling costs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; a diploma in Cosmetology is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in salon management, preferably within the Jeddah beauty industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a salon's revenue and client base.
Saudi national preferred, with a strong understanding of local cultural nuances.
