Job description
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and product display
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately
- Support stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory checks
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Provide a pleasant shopping experience to ensure repeat customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or kids wear preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
