Facilities Manager

The Role:

The Facilities Manager will oversee all maintenance operations for a real estate portfolio, ensuring the quality of assets and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing maintenance teams, overseeing emergency situations, and coordinating with contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the field maintenance team, distributing daily work orders.
• Develop and implement preventive and routine maintenance plans for buildings and communities.
• Handle emergency situations and crises promptly.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and balance cost and quality.
• Coordinate with management to address tenant complaints and resolve delays.
