Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quantity Surveyor to support cost management, quantity measurement, commercial evaluation, and contract administration activities for a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quantity surveying activities across complex airport assets including passenger terminals, runways, taxiways, cargo aprons, aircraft stands, external infrastructure, utilities, buildings, and associated facilities. The Quantity Surveyor will support the Delivery Partner by providing accurate quantity assessments, cost analysis, variation evaluation, payment certification support, and commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in quantity surveying, cost control, construction measurement, contract administration, and commercial management within major infrastructure, aviation, or large-scale construction projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline .
Professional quantity surveying certification is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial management.
Proven experience supporting major: Airport projects. Infrastructure developments. Transportation projects. Large-scale construction programs.
Strong experience in: Quantity measurement. Cost estimation. Variation evaluation. Payment certification support. Contract administration.
Experience working with: Delivery Partners. PMC organizations. EPC contractors. Main contractors. Client-side teams.
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, measurement standards, and construction cost management.
Experience with: BOQ preparation. Quantity take-off. Cost forecasting. Variation assessment. Payment evaluation. Final account preparation.
Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
Knowledge of FIDIC contract frameworks is preferred.
Ability to interpret: Engineering drawings. Specifications. Scope documents. Construction methodologies.
Familiarity with cost management tools and digital project platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Experience delivering international airport mega-projects.
Strong knowledge of aviation infrastructure cost management.
Experience working under FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks.
Experience supporting Design-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models.
Familiarity with BIM-based quantity measurement and 5D cost management.
Experience using commercial management systems such as: CostX. Bluebeam. Primavera Unifier. Similar cost control platforms.
Strong stakeholder management experience with clients, contractors, and consultants.
