Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical equipment.

Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on technical procedures and best practices.

Possession of a relevant trade certification or diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technology.

A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in commercial and industrial HVAC/R.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of refrigeration cycles and air conditioning systems.

Proficiency with advanced diagnostic equipment, including manifold gauges, leak detectors, and digital multimeters.
