Mechanical Design Manager

Lead and manage the mechanical design team and assign design activities.

Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.

Develop designs for mechanical equipment, heavy machinery, steel structures, and fabricated products.

Ensure designs comply with client requirements and ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO standards.

Coordinate with Project, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Site teams.

Review shop drawings, material specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

Provide technical solutions for design, fabrication, and installation challenges.

Ensure designs are safe, cost-effective, practical, and suitable for manufacturing.

Manage design changes and maintain accurate engineering documentation.

Ensure all design deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in mechanical design, including managerial or supervisory experience.

Strong experience in heavy steel fabrication, heavy machinery, and industrial equipment.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Tekla.

Good knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO standards.

Strong leadership, communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of English.

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a valid and transferable Iqama.

Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership is preferred.
